CAR ENTALS FOR 1 DAY : Prices for car rentals for 1 day include only 200 kilometres free. For more kilometres there is an extra charge per kilometer according the type of car.

DRIVER’S QUALIFICATIONS:
-For groups Α, B, C and D, customers must be over 23 and be a credit card holder or. Also a valid driving license held for at least one year is required. For the remaining groups, minimum age is 25 and a valid driving license held for at least three year is required.
-The driving license can be issued from Greece, the European Union or the driver can hold a valid International Driving Permit (IDP).
PAYMENT AND CREDIT CARD CHARGES
To complete an online reservation through www.morphis,gr customer must have a valid credit/debit card. If the reservation is cancelled outside the pre-determined time limits or if customer fails to collect the vehicle on the predetermined pick-up date and time, Morphis reserves the right to charge the card with a fee of 2 days rental which covers administration and operational costs.
In order to pick up the reserved vehicle, the card holder must present the card under which the reservation was made. The card holder will appear as the driver on the rental agreement. We accept most credit cards including American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Debit cards will be accepted for online pre-payment through www.morphis.gr but the card holder will need to present in addition, a valid credit card under his name. Pre-paid credit cards will not be accepted.
In case clients will accept the SFCDWWCC then can rent a car from our company without credit card .
Reservation can be maid throught the online system with debit or prepaid card. Client they dont have debit card or prepaid card must pay the total amount via our bank account. For this reason please contact reservations in order to inform you for all details.
If you chose to pay locally at pick-up, then your credit card will not be charged in advance. Morphis will only request a pre-authorization for the amount of €40 plus VAT.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
Morphis allows you to make changes to a reservation online.
Any change to a booking will be recalculated based on the availability and prices at the time the change is made. This may be greater or lesser than the price originally booked.
The lead customer name, the pick-up location, the credit card number or the car group on a reservation cannot be changed. If you wish to change the lead name or the pick-up location, then you must cancel the reservation and make a new reservation.
The system will allow up to 3 reservation amendments.
CANCELLATION, NO SHOWS/LOST RENTALS
Pre-paid reservation: Morphis will not refund the reservation amount to the credit/debit card used for the bookings during Easter,July,August,September,October
Customer gets a voucher for next reservation valid for 12months
. If you fail to show up for your reservation without prior cancellation,will be charged whole amount of the rental period.
If you pay at location cancellation is free until the time of pick-up. If you fail to show up for your non-prepaid reservation without prior cancellation, then Morphis reserves the right to charge the credit/debit card used for the booking €100 plus VAT.
EARLY RETURN
Please note that we are unable to give a refund if you return the vehicle earlier than the reservation’s return date and time.
CAR AVAILABILITY
All reservations are subject to availability. In the event that we cannot provide you a car of the category you made a reservation, we will try to provide you with a car of the next category without any extra charge.
What your price include:
CDW (Collison Damage waiver )
For car groups categories A,B,B1,C,E and E1 covers the renter with an excess 700 euro+24% VAT
For car groups D,,E2 , F , SW, G and CC covers the renter with an excess of 750 euro +VAT.
For Car Group D,,E2 , F , SW, G and covers the renter with an excess 850 euro+VAT
For car groups L and L1 covers the renter with an excess 1200 euro + VAT.
For car groups L2 ,L3,L4 covers the renter with an excess 2600 euro + VAT.
IMPORTANT NOTICE. The CDW does not cover the renter for damages caused underneath the car and inside the car .
FCDW (Full Collision Damage Waiver)
Client can obtain FCDW with an extra fee of 7 euro per day for groups A,B,B1,C,E and E1 for groups D,,E2 , F , SW, G and CC and M extra per day 10 euro and euro 20 euro extra for L and L1 groups
Even if you have accept FCDW damages to tyres and underneath the car are not covered by any insurance .
PETROL: The renter must deliver the car with the same petrol quantity as it accepted it.
KILOMETRES: All prices include unlimited klms.
BORDER CROSSING: It is not allowed.
CHANGES: In certain special cases, the company is entitled to change the type of the car.
TRANSPORTATION BY SHIP: It is allowed, in the driver' s responsibility.
ACCEPTANCE FROM - DELIVERY TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS: Available option, by paying a special fee, upon request.
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS: All traffic tickets and any other consequences shall burden the renter.
SECOND DRIVER: Is Free of Charge.
GPS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 5 euro per day (VAT included) for rental periods shorter than 10 days and at a rate of 3euro per day for rental periods exceeding 10days. Maximum price per rental 85 euro.
CHILDREN SAFETY SEATS: Available upon reservation Free of Charge.
SNOW CHAINS: Available upon reservation at a rate of 3 euro per day (VAT included) and such fee is charged for 14 days maximum (i.e.36 euro).

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Dear Customer,
In view of the recent measures applied and already in effect by the Greek ministry of transport regarding driving documentation required for hiring a car in Greece. All non-European Community driver’s license holders are obliged to have an international driving license in order to drive a rented car in Greece, without this necessary documentation the fine is €1.000 for the rent a car company and €1.000 for the client.
We therefore request all non-European Community customers to ensure that they have a valid International driver’s license prior to their arrival in Greece.
